We will continue to review evolving standards for DNT signals and may update our practices accordingly.

If you access or use our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. In accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable FCC regulations, PilotAI will not place promotional calls, send promotional text messages, or use automatic telephone dialing systems or pre-recorded voice technology to contact you unless you have provided prior express written consent. Your consent, if given, may be revoked at any time.
C. Types of Communications
PilotAI distinguishes between two types of communications:
- Marketing Communications (opt-in required): Promotional offers, product announcements, newsletters, market commentary, and other non-essential communications. These require your express opt-in consent and you may opt out at any time.
- Transactional/Service Communications (no opt-in required): Account alerts, billing notifications, security notices, changes to Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and other communications necessary for the operation of your account. You will receive these as long as you maintain an active account.
D. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time:

PilotAI does not share your phone number, email address, or other contact information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
